I did a double-take when I saw new wording on the signage at where Thuan An (RIP) used to be. Now it's called Kilimanjaro Snack House & Catering. Windows are still papered-up so I looked up US and found:
I'll miss Thuan An very much and the warm friendly family that ran it, even though I wasn't a frequent patron. Their Bun Bo Hue and Seafood with Liver on Egg Noodles (topped with two perfectly soft-boiled quail eggs) were awesome bowls of heaven, as was the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (vermicelli with grilled pork and fried spring rolls).
