Attention Carb Lover and other home-cooking Zuni restaurant fans

Thanks to everyone on this board for v helpful recs for my upcoming trip to N Cal! We did manage to get reservations at Zuni for our first dinner.

Since I am a chowhound I am already thinking about the meal. I love the Zuni cookbook and use it often, and we have the chicken all the time. Should one of us get the chicken, to experience the apotheosis of the Zuni chicken? Or should we focus on things we are less likely to make at home?
