Atrium Cafe, Dallas Museum of Art - salad?

My wife was in Dallas this last summer, and for lunch at this museum cafe had a salad she can't stop raving about. As she remembers it, it consisted of slices of ripe tomato sprinkled with smoked sea salt, topped with a mound of chopped lettuce with Green Goddess dressing. Has anyone else had this? And is her memory of the ingredients correct? Better yet, has anyone seen the recipe? She even gave me a jar of alderwood-smoked sea salt for Christmas, though finding a genuine ripe tomato anytime soon might be a problem...
