Just ate oil marinating with garlic..botulism?

didn't realize till now that it could lead to botulism.

last night I put the slightly chopped organic garlic in olive oil, sealed outside the fridge.

I ate about 3 tablespoons, about 15 hours after I put the garlic in.

I saw a couple bubbles in the oil.

What's the likelihood of botulism? What should I do? I already made myself throw up a few times.
