I am doing a presentation for 12 people and we are serving regional cheeses to coordinate with destinations being presented. I know I've seen before a recommendation on how much cheese per person to order but I can't seem to find it now. I think it might have been 1/4 pound (total, not of each cheese)
That would be 3 pounds total - does that sound about right?
