Last minute plans, I am bringing all the food to our friends' house for the Super Bowl. Just four or five adults. I never go to Super Bowl parties and love the idea of all the traditional junk foods, and my husband requested nachos. Yet they eat healthy, and I had already gotten the ingredients to make some steak lettuce wraps this weekend, so I was thinking of giving a lighter/Asian tinge to the preparations. I was going to do some teriyaki wings in addition to the wraps and maybe soba in cucumber cups. Suggestions of how I can pull off a delicious Asian nacho (no pineapple or cabbage) and some other finger foods?
