We went last night for the first time and were really impressed -- among the best hot & Sour soups ever - no corn starch, plenty of shredded chicken and slivered tofu and veggies, interesting flavors in the broth and just spicy and sour enough. The Jumbo Shrimp and Scallop with Lemon Grass ($13?) was outstanding, although I wouldn't call the sauce lemon grass - it was more Chinese than Thai (whatever it was, it was good). Around six each of large and perfectly cooked scallops and shrimp, lightly dusted with rice flour, garnished with sugar snap peas and straw mushrooms. Served very hot (warm), which I like. Our other dish was an enormous quantity of Singapore rice noodles ($9), the kind with small shrimp, chicken, roast pork, julienned pea pods and bean sprouts. Again, hot, perfectly spiced. I'll have to try it for lunch.
