Apple season and Tarte Tatin

Cam14 | Sep 28, 201808:57 AM

I ran across this website last fall when looking for a recipe to make tarte tatin. It's very thorough and simple, they don't suggest even peeling the apples and only quarter them. They also recommend to use a cast iron skillet which most have available, no special pan required. It came out delicious so thought I would share.
