I just returned from a trip to Italy where I had a wonderful cocktail in Venice called a Spritz. It was made from Apernol, which is a little like Campari, white wine and seltzer with a green olive and a slice of orange. It sounds odd but it was wonderful. I've tried a few liquor stores in the area, but no one has heard of Apernol. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks!
