What happened to Helen?!!?
("helen's fabulous cheesecake", which was on Union St. iBrooklyn in the place currently occupied by the relocated Bouillabaise 126, up and vanished into thin air, seemingly overnight). That her cheesecake was fabulous was only the half of it. She made this pistachio cheesecake that was tinted green all the way through, with crushed nuts on the top that was so to die for. It had this lighter texture than normal NY cheesecake, yet every bit as creamy. So sad. So sad.
