First timer here..so tomorrow is my 1st year with my boyfriend, and I want to make him a really nice breakfast to get his day started. Problem is, he has to be out of the door NO later than 5:25 AM.
Here's what I want to make: Heart shaped bacon ' ' cinnamon rolls ' ' fruit (strawberries, pineapple, watermelon) ' ' scrambled eggs (prob gonna just shape them after cooking) hash browns (frozen, I don't have the patience to shred taters)
I've already cut the fruit hearts out, so that's not a problem. Later tonight I'm going to lay the bacon out on a baking sheet, shape the cin. rolls, and whisk the eggs - leaving all of it in the fridge so I don't have to wake up at 3am. I already wake at 4:30.
So my question is: In what order should I start to cook things?
Ideally I'd like to have the bacon and cin rolls in the oven at the same time, but idk if that'll affect the taste of the rolls. (Bacon cin rolls..bad thing?) I'm guessing my best bet is to start the hash browns (btw, how long does it take to make good frozen hash browns?), then stick the bacon/rolls in the oven while still working on the taters. Then start the eggs a few min before he's ready to eat?
Also, what's the best way to make strawberry lemonade from premade lemonade? He really likes Chick Fil A's lemonade and I'm not sure if just throwing strawberries in will make it right.
