Anna's Dessert House

Stopped by the other day for a snack at Anna's Dessert House, on Harrison just south of Beech St in Chinatown. Had something called lau cheong (not sure of the spelling/exact pronunciation), which I was please to see they made for me on the spot. They spread a thin batter on essentially a small cookie sheet, added rows of chopped meat (pork, I think), sprinkled on some chopped herbs, and steamed the whole lot. After a few minutes in the steamer, they rolled and then sectioned it into 6 very tasty sections, served with a dark soy sauce. Extremely tasty, and a bargain for $3.

Can anyone tell me what this snack is, and how (approximately) to spell and pronounce it? Also, other recommendations for what to try next at Anna's?
