Andouille Sausage and Tasso Ham

Any good sources for this in the North/NW burbs or in the city?

I've had excellent quality product from 'Nawlins that tasted like it was made from pork loins and I've had some that tasted like it was made from poor quality meat. Any delis around here carry the quality stuff?
