So, with my buddy, we made a video showing how to make my take on chili oil
Smaller version video is linked in the description on youtube, if you want.
you take dried peppers.
Roast SOME of them.
Grind them all
put in the bottle/jar you'll be using, deciding how much solids/oil you want
Fill jar with oil to the top (I recommend peanut oil)
Dump all out into pot
Heat for a while, like 15 minutes, never past 300 F
Spoon back into jar
add salt, stir solids
When you eat, you can scoop out the salty solids or skim the oil at the top, depending on your taste preference
NO ma-la pepper, no peanuts, no sesame, no garlic/onion/alliums
This is like the tastiest condiment you'll ever have. It's great on starches, cheesy starch casseroles, and other cheesy things. Woud be amazing on mac and cheese (Can't remember if I've done this yet). Pizza is a cheese/starch casserole in essence, but I dunno if it'd be good with pizza
