I am seeking either an internship but prefer a cooking position at an upscale refined restaurant in London. I am interested in cutting edge but ascessable food that is about flavor and strong,simple components.I changed careers and have been cooking for about 31/2 years. I just left a pm garde manger position at a Zagat 3 star,James Beard award winning New French restaurant. My previous experiences were contemporary American with influences from France and Italy. I want to see new kitchens with provocative menus.... Peter Gordan meets Gordan Ramsay...exciting but approachable.
I have a place to live in London and plan to move by the end of the summer...sooner for the right situation. If anyone has some good info please drop some knowledge my way. Thanks.
