amarena (Former baldoria) - great italian and its empty!

Makes me so sad when I see good restaurants with empty chairs and empty tables... especially when it is as tasty good as Amarena (formerly called Baldoria) on Green and Larkin. We live in the hood and go here and ever since a jeep crashed into it, (literally), it seems a lot emptier!
we just ate there tonight - a sunday night - and it was just us and another couple. The food was sooo wonderful - great gnocci with mozz and lamb bolognese, and then a tradtional "pizziola" just a plain great spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and fresh tomato sauce. A killer caeser too.
Just try it and spread the word. I hate seeing good restaurants empty.
