Using my crockpot I cook chicken breasts to make them super soft and with mayo and Dijon I make a great chicken salad. This way when I get home late from work I don't order out expensive or fattening foods.
Despite the mayo, my sandwich is still healthier.
But I need to change it up.
Can anyone give me any protein substitutes that don't sound or aren't gross? I thought of a ribs bbq sauce idea. But I think as a spread/salad that might be gross.
Very open to suggestions.
