Als State Street Cafe Express

I love the sandwiches at this place. Upon your first trip to Als you may feel as if you walked into a Seinfeld episode of the "Soup Nazi." If you don't know what you want BEWARE! I love the bread these sandwiches are made on. They remind me of another long ago sandwich place in Woburn "Ruby's." Each of Al's sandwiches that I try become my new favorite! I really love their "State Street Cafe Special-prosciutto, fresh moarella, basil, tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar... but their hot veggie sub is swsome as is the steak and cheese with onions... I am working my way through the limited menu.
Small subs-which are huge are only $4.50 (the cheapest around I think) and a large is $6.50. These prices are regardless of what you get in the sandwich! Must try this place for a quick lunch.
