Hi all,

My fiancee and I will be getting married in Chicago next year. We're hoping to celebrate perhaps th day or two after the wedding at Alinea, and we're about to book the reservations. We're trying to decide which of the 3 wine pairings to get. They offer pairings at $145, $235, and $395 (!!) per person. Reading through the reviews here on Chowhound, it seems fairly consistently that the wines were a weaker part of the Alinea 1.0 experience. Does anyone have any advice on what the various 2.0 pairings offer? For what's worth, we'd be dining in the Salon and no we never went to Alinea pre-renovation.
