It's not a fancy place and was never spectacular, but it's convenient and pretty cheap when I'm at the Arboretum and their Greek salad is usually pretty good. I've been unimpressed with the service (there are usually more employees than customers but they still manage to ignore you) in the past but this last visit was the straw.
I ordered the large Greek salad and a side of tzatziki which they charge $.75 for. The cashier said, "You know I have to charge you extra for that?". I told her I understood and could swing the 75 cents. Another girl brought my salad to me when it was ready and I reminded her that I ordered tzatiki and she just stared at me. I checked me receipt 9had to put on my glasses) and saw that I hadn't been charged for it. WTF? We discussed it 3 minutes ago. She walked back to the cash register and told the cashier who came up to me and told me I'd have to pay $.82 for it. I reminded her I had ordered it to begin with and she said, under her breath, "No, you didn't". I was so stunned I didn't say anything. She eventually brought it to me. I left without a tip and have no plans on returning.
I don't let my own teenager speak to me like that. I'm certainly not going to let some brat in a strip mall pull that crap with me.
