This is a really nice steakhouse. I had a terrific ribeye (perfectly prepared, red throughout, not just red in the middle) and a great selection of sides (the two of us shared truffled mac and cheese (which was flat out delicious) and the asparagus (cooked perfectly, still crisp, not overpowered by any other flavor, wonderful), both of which were great and a nice change from baked potato.
The shrimp cocktail starter I thought was only ok (I did not love the sauce), but the iceberg wedge with blue cheese was great (although, in hindsight, not the best if you are following with the mac and cheese, which was rich enough on its own)
The only "beef"-I could do without the music (but, hey, its the Hard Rock, right?)
Personally, I preferred AJ's to my Craftsteak experience (I thought the room there was sterile, and it felt overall more uptight and less "steakhousey" than AJs), but I still love the Steakhouse in Circus Circus for old school steakhouse experience (and good food, although not as good as AJs).
