The place sounds exciting - lots of new things to explore!

But when can a person actually get in there?

Saturday late-lunch (1:30) was probably foolish to try, and somehow (I walk with a cane, and not very well) I fought the IMMENSE crowd (many headed for the other establishments in the building) and got a handicapped spot right in front (steps ... aaargh! sturdy rail ... made it OK) and found the place very very small - even a modest stand-up wait was not possible for me on a workaday Saturday (maybe a weekday when I'm rested...)

So when may the building not be mobbed? Any quiet days/times?
