airports: the good, the bad, and the ugly

(I am reposting this from the Not About Food Board). I guess its always about food. Anyway, a recent trip to Las Vegas left me thinking about airports and food. You don't get any on planes any more, so at least they could provide decent food in the airport. Unfortunately, Las Vegas is the WORST! Once I cleared security the other day, my only choices were Burger King and, well, Burger King. You would think such a tourist-oriented city would want to have better food choices in the airport.....So Road Warriors, let's have a discussion: which airports have the best (and worst?) choices? Are there any undiscovered treasures out there? Hidden gems within the airports? Good food stores? My favorite so far may not even be in business any more: it was the little independently-owned sushi place near the Delta counters at National airport in DC.......
