Æbleskiver pan on induction cooktops

colmcmanus | Mar 7, 201906:30 AM     2

Would love to make Æbleskivers and just bought a pan that was advertised as working with induction cooktops, however, it does not work with my Samsung Chef Collection induction cooktop. There are not enough points of contact between the pan and the cooktop to trigger the cooktop to stay on. Has anyone had any luck with this, particularly in locating a pan designed with more points of contact? I'd even consider an electric/plug-in pan, but haven't been able to find anything.
