Hello, I'm not a great cook yet and usually need to follow recipes. I made a recipe called Roasted Drumsticks with Chipotle Raisin Glaze. The glaze turned out more like a paste and did not give much flavor to the chicken and I ended up with flabby skin. The glaze by its self had pretty good flavor, though it could use some more spice (more adobo sauce or another chipotle). I have about a cup left and would like to use it in another way. It didn't do much for the chicken. Any ideas?
