I don't think I've ever made a London Broil, but I bought one a month or two ago because it was $1.99 and stuck it in the freezer. Now I decided I would make Steak Pizzaiola with it this weekend. I usually use Sirloin, just slice it up and cook quickly.
The one time I watched someone make London Broil, they seared it and then baked on low for a good while. I was thinking I could sear and then braise it in the sauce, but for how long? And every recipe I find says to marinade it first, but that might be weird with pizzaiola. I'd appreciate any suggestions or experiences before I ruin this nice piece of meat.
