For a Thanksgiving themed dinner that we are attending, my husband and I came up with an idea to do a cosmopolitin aspic. The idea is to have a mixture of vodka and seltzer "solidified" with gelatin, then inside the clear jello suspend cranberry sauce squares.
Is there a table or ratio that can tell me how much gelatin I should use with how much liquid?
Also, does it sound like it would be delicious? This item will be part of a cranberry three-way course.
