I am cooking ribs for a Labor day bbq tomorrow and have some questions. I have some baby back ribs and plan to cook them in the oven. So far I have removed the membrane, applied a store bought rub, and wrapped them in foil.
When I cook them do i need to add liquid into the foil?
I have seen recipes with cooking temps ranging from 225-325, what is the ideal temperature?
Should I finish them on the grill or would the broiler be sufficient?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
