I have eaten brussels sprouts all of my life. Even those nasty ones that had been frozen that my mother routinely served up. We grew them in the garden. I have cooked them any number of ways with red bell pepper strips at Christmas, with water chestnuts, as the French do seperating the leaves away fromthe heads and I only buy the very small sprouts. Last night I roasted them with country ham, a bit of bacon fat and garlic and I have finally conceded to the fact I just don't like them any more. I find them bitter and unpleasant. I don't even know if I ever really liked them. Tolerated them, but liked I'm not sure. Anyone else have similar aversions that have developed later than sooner?
