I have been making plain (non dairy, oat-based) yogurt in a yogurt maker for a few months now. It seems to come out the right consistency for a yogurt substitute and tastes good enough plain. Getting a bit tired of plain flavor though. I haven't really ever been clear when to add the fruit though. Would I add it at the beginning when I add the tapioca starch and started culture before putting it in the jars or at the end of the process?
