9 Nights in Paris

My husband and I will be in Paris during the latter half of September after visiting the Dordogne area. We will be staying in the 7th. So far, we have 12 restaurants on our list and need some help narrowing it down. Here is what we have so far:

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon
Au Bon Accueil
Au Petit Tonneau
Cafe Constant
Cigale Recamier
Chez l'Ami Jean
Los Clos des Gourmets
Les Fables de lat Fonatine
Le Florimond
La Fontaine de Mars
Le Petite Troquet

As you can see, all of our picks are located in the 7th. It just seemed that there were so many good possibilites in the 7th, we might as well concentrate on those while we are staying in that area. Next time we will probably stay in a different section of Paris.

So, what do you think of these choices? Is there enough variety or are some of these too similar? (We want a varied experience.) Which do you think we should knock off our list to get down to 9? Which are absolute "keepers" on the list? Anything else that belongs on the list?

Any other thoughts/comments will certainly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
