Which 5 (or 8, or 10) Pieces of Cookware?

Iluvcooking | Mar 8, 201803:19 PM     65

If you had the opportunity to start your collection all over again, knowing what you know now, what 5 pieces would you start with?

I am at a cross roads and have begun replacing a lot of my cookware. I started out many years ago building up a collection of HA Calphalon and eventually decided it wasn’t for me. I kept my little spouted butter melter cause it is cute but the rest is gone. Moved on to made in France Cuisinart tri-ply and Staub. Now looking at getting more into copper, carbon steel and other higher end cookware. I know what I think I need/want but hearing from those of you here with more experience who know your stuff would be really helpful! Many thanks!
