Haven't been back in a long time, I used to eat lunch there a number of years ago. In short, it was a lovely experience. At night the space looks just fantastic, modern but not too much, very romantic. Service was perfect, professional but warm, very west coast.

And the food? Delicious. On the rec of the fellow Hounds I ordered the marrrow, the less gelatinous pieces were tastier then those that were more, the crostini a bit too olive-oiled, but with the roasted garlic very flavorful. Definitely not for the faint of heart as it's a decadent starter.

The house cured salami, fresh ricotta and roasted grapes wonderful, as was the Date Salad.

The rabbit dish was one of the best I've ever had, tender and juicy and the reduction sauce managed to be bursting with flavor without overpowering the rabbit. Fresh fava beans a perfect accompaniment.

My friend's flank steak was pretty good but not spectacular.

Peach crisp as good as I've had it anywhere.

Prices very fair, great value and I am planning a return visit soon.
