Putting together the plan for my 4 days in Paris between Christmas and New Years. Struggling a little bit with closures over the holidays and the weekend. But so far I'm looking at --
Friday - Spring
Saturday - Guy Savoy (our "big" dinner)
Sunday - TBD...suggestions?
Monday - Verjus
What I would like is something a bit more modern/molecular gastronomy, any suggestions here? Akrame, David Toutain, Septime, AG, etc? Should I make any swaps here?
Also -- is Guy Savoy the place to spend my $$$ on Saturday? Or is it too overpriced for what you get.
