Chez Hanna is still Chez Hanna, but we can now only split the special. We are eating less.
Fulgurances was very very good. We enjoyed it all and lingered over every bite. The stingray and the veal are both wonderful. Susan especially enjoyed the dessert, amandes chocolat, creme de marrons & noisettes caramelisees. We were seated directly in front of the chef so that Susan could observe and she learned several new tricks. The restaurant is an easy walk from the Rue des Boulets Metro stop. If you can get a reservation, certainly take the opportunity.
