This creative restaurant, owned by the former Savoy chef, would be slam packed every nite if it was in downtown Asheville. But is still slowly building a loyal clientele. Lots of fresh fish/seafood options - marlin, shrimp, scallops, snapper as well as duck, sirloin steak and vegetarian options and reasonable wine by the bottle prices....This is one I would highly recommend over most restaurants in downtown Asheville. My suggestion, have your dinner here and then go downtown for dessert/coffee/after dinner drinks or just to walk around. You'll have a excellent quality and pleasant dining experience and save some $$. Location - Patton Ave (left hand side as you drive towards downtown, just past light for Haywood Road).
