20th anniversary tomorrow, Charleston's still closed now what

We decided to come to Baltimore and stay in Fells Point booked a table for tomorrow nitgh at Charleston knowing there would be a chane the renovation would not be completed this week. We received the fateful call laast night. They are not able to honor the reservation.
I have searched this board from top to bottom. Here is what I found that seem like possibilities. Walking is the main option, staying at Henderson's Wharf.
Timothy Dean Bistro look to have the most intersting menu, but I have seen a review on their site that mentions how great the food is but how bad the service was, Peters Inn has only 3 entrees listed on thier site for this week. Henningers looks acceptable but the menu does not have that wow factor. Black Olive is out.
Anyone have experience with Timothy Deans Bisto and the service. or shuls we just go to Hennigers. Thanks
