So... It's been a long time since this board has discussed a negroni. I'm relatively new to a negroni, but as it's 2020 and as we're all at home watching netflix, I've been noticing that around 1/3rd of my instagram stories feature a negroni. I need to know more!
I'm now using Campari (of course?!), Cocchi vermouth di Torino, and Damrak gin.
What do you use? Where can I "improve" this? The gin I assume? I also have half a bottle of Hendricks left, and will buy Martin Miller again next time.
Finally, shaken or stirred? Or just put it all in a whiskey glass and be done with it?
