I made a lovely wassail in the slow cooker for Thanksgiving. I kept it unspiked so guests could add their choice of liquor. But now I have two quarts of it leftover, which has been in the fridge since then. Any suggestions on what to do with it other than reheating and drinking it again? Cookies? Cakes? I have already made oatmeal using half water and half wassail but it was really too acidic. Thanks for you help!
