1,985 Miles of Food, Wine, and Beer – Oregon Road Trip Report

Greetings Hounds!

My girlfriend and I recently came home from a wonderful driving vacation through Oregon. A considerable portion of our time was spent savoring the foods, wines, and beers of the Pacific Northwest. In thanks to all of those 'hounds who helped me plan my trip, I submit the following report of my experiences. I hope it serves useful to residents of and future visitors to the beautiful state of Oregon.

Rather than put all my notes into one post, I'm going to break it up into pieces as replies to this post. I’m only about half done so far, hopefully I’ll post the rest at the end of the weekend. Here's an outline of what’s to come:
