The other day, the Travel Channel had a profile of some of the most expensive restaurants in the world. My boyfriend watched it and saw one on a restaurant in Beverly hills that charges $1000/person that opens, not on a regular schedule, but whenever the chef/owner wants. Not sure if it's sushi or Japanese cuisine in general. He forgot the name though...Does anyone know the name of this restaurant and any other info on it (how the food is, how we can get reservations, etc.)?
