I'm finding it hard to get totally grass fed meat at virtually all NYC restaurants. Most menus will say things like "USDA" and "dry aged" but nothing is truly from grass fed animals. Even if it's not steak, it would be nice to order veal/lamb etc. from animals that are raised humanely on grass and without grains. The closest restaurant I've come across that adheres to these principles is Hearth. Oh, and Craft.
