Firstly, seasons greetings, hope everyone has a great Christmas and a even better 2013.
My family and I will be visiting NYC for 10 days in January 2013, I have done much research and with some business's collegues suggestions (based in Europe & Asia) I have complied the below list of restaurants we would like visit. Obviously, we can't visit all of them, some I have added to the list from previous visits to NYC, others from chow hound the rest my collegues who are regular visitors to New York have recommended.
Please let me know your thoughts. I'm talking about Lunch & Dinner.
Norma's (@ Le Parker Meriden)
Keens steak house ( from previous visit family want to go again)
Oyster bar (@ grand central station)
Eleven Madison Park
Someone suggested 'the suckling Pig' but perhaps they meant 'The spotted Pig'?
We are a group of 5 staying at Trump SoHo in Spring St, traveling anywhere around Manhattan isn't a problem. Clearly by the above list we like a variety of food, price isn't an issue. As I said earlier we can't do all of the above and I'm open to other suggestions especially any left field non tourist different type establishments.
Thank you all very much in advance, meanwhile I'll continue to read all your wonderful posts and keep confusing with more & more suggestions, but eventually come early January I'll narrow it down to 10 to 12 great places.
