Sure, you can place a chicken breast between two slices of bread and then add toppings and a spreadable condiment. (Yawn.) Or you can grill the chicken breast, chop that sucker up, and mix it in a big bowl with chopped roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
