This is a recipe adapted from Cooking Light, so if that doesn't qualify it for a listing of healthy desserts, we don't know what will. True, there is 3/4 cup of sugar in the recipe, but that's spread among nine servings, so it's not that much. If it really bothers you, just reduce the sugar, and see how little you can get away with while still enjoying this treat. Because, after all, this is dessert, and it should be a treat.
