This pop is actually a two-step process, but it’s so worth it; you'll get a chocolate taste that’s so much richer than anything frozen and labeled “fudge” at the grocery store. In other words, it's worth the work. Make the chocolate pudding, let it cool a bit, then pour it into popsicle molds. After about an hour, add the sticks. Then you've got chocolate pudding pops for days! Or as long as they last when you’re craving chocolate.
