Old hound favorite Rincon Limeño has remodeled, and yumyum says the new digs are “really cheery and super clean.” The Peruvian food is as reliably wonderful as ever; the pan-Latin dishes on the menu aren’t quite as inspired. Here’s what to order:

• Beef heart with potato: “For some reason, I thought it would be gamey, but it is not at all, just a good beefy taste,” says Alcachofa.
• Leche de tigre (ceviche juice), which both Wikipedia and Nab say has “stimulatory, aphrodisiacal, hangover-curing effects.”
• Ceviche, which yumyum says is perfect.
Ají de gallina, which is a Peruvian chicken stew in a spicy cheese sauce.
• Any of the potato dishes: causa rellena (yellow mashed potato balls stuffed with chicken salad), papa a la huancaína (potatoes in a creamy, cheese sauce).
