Although the space is still under construction, Eater has some good info about the food and beer. Sounds like there will be six brews on tap, with dining options like charcuterie, sautéed mushrooms, grilled meats and vegetables, and fritto misto. There will be an informal bar and gathering area as well as table service. Beers will hail from Italy’s Birra Baladin in Turin, Birra del Borgo in Rome, and Dogfish Head on the East Coast of the U.S. La Birreria will apparently be the highest brewery in America due to its elevation, so we expect to see some nerdy elevation-specific beer experiments on the next Brew Masters.
