The absolute best dish at BoHo is fried oyster po’ boy sliders, reports lotta_cox. It involves “succulent oyster lightly breaded and deep fried,” served with arugula, tartar, and a little applewood smoked bacon. It’s “absolutely divine. French fried perfection,” raves lotta_cox, who adds that it could become a “destination dish.”

The other masterpiece? The charcuterie plate. It features whiskey chicken liver mousse, rabbit rillettes, and perfectly grainy, slightly salty pork rillettes. It is an utterly delightful platter, worth getting every time, reckons lotta_cox, who also praised the luxuriously fatty oxtails, and short ribs braised with Rogue chocolate stout and guajillo chiles.

BoHo’s pizzas, on the other hand, were only passable and a little undercooked, says lotta_cox.
