In it, septuagenarian pizzaiolo Domenico DeMarco waxes poetic about the look of a good dough (it has little holes), the downfalls of marriage, and how he feels about having so many people surge around him at Chowhound favorite Di Fara. Though parts of the flick are mesmerizing, it’s quite long, so wait till your lunch break to check it out.
Just please don’t watch it while eating sushi or a salad. It’s a matter of respect.
